What Low Water Pressure Work Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Indiana Plumbing Pros provides low water pressure evaluation and repair work under the scope approved for your appointment. Depending on the findings, that work may include checking accessible plumbing fixtures, valves, pipes, pressure regulators, and related components, then discussing repair options with you.
We will identify work that needs a separate estimate or your approval before proceeding. Concealed damage, major system changes, water service work, and unrelated plumbing repairs are not included unless agreed separately.
Work is subject to applicable requirements, including Indiana Plumbing Code, 675 IAC 16, and Indiana’s adopted building code, 675 IAC 13. Indiana plumbing licensing is governed by IC 25-28.5.
Permit rules vary by municipality; Indianapolis plumbing permits are handled through the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services. Public water-system matters may fall under the EPA Lead and Copper Rule.
The Indiana Professional Licensing Agency, Indiana Plumbing Commission, Indiana Department of Homeland Security, Indiana Department of Environmental Management, and Indiana Department of Health have responsibilities under applicable laws; their rules do not make every service a company obligation.
Making Changes to a Service Appointment
Appointments are arranged by phone, email, or another method offered by Indiana Plumbing Pros. We will confirm the agreed date or arrival window and the work requested.
Please provide accurate access instructions and tell us about known plumbing conditions that may affect the visit. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as you can and, when possible, before the scheduled arrival time.
Any cancellation charge or other fee applies only if it was disclosed and accepted when the appointment was made.
A technician may find conditions that change the work needed, such as a concealed leak or an inaccessible shutoff. We will explain the change and seek your approval before performing additional work, except where immediate action is legally permitted to address an urgent safety concern.
You may decline added work; that can limit the repair or require a new appointment. Delays may occur due to access, parts availability, weather, or conditions outside our control. We will communicate material schedule changes when reasonably possible.
Estimates, Approved Work, and Payment
An estimate describes the work and charges anticipated from the information available at the time. It is not a final invoice if inspection reveals hidden damage, inaccessible components, or other conditions that change the repair.
Indiana Plumbing Pros will explain any proposed change and obtain your approval before proceeding with added work. If you do not approve it, we may complete only the originally authorized work if that remains practical and safe, or discuss other options.
Unless the written estimate or invoice states otherwise, payment is due when the approved work is completed. Accepted payment methods and any applicable taxes or disclosed fees will be shown or explained before payment.
You are responsible for charges for work you approved, including authorized changes. Please raise billing questions promptly and provide the invoice details so we can review them.
An estimate does not promise that a repair will address unrelated plumbing problems or conditions that were not visible during the inspection.
Written Coverage for Completed Repairs
Indiana Plumbing Pros does not state a standard workmanship warranty duration in these terms. If a specific written warranty applies to your repair, its document will identify the covered work, duration, and any conditions.
Product warranties, if available, are generally provided by the manufacturer and are governed by that manufacturer’s terms. Ask us for the applicable written details before relying on warranty coverage.
Coverage may not apply to damage or failures caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized changes, outside work, a new leak, or a pre-existing condition not included in the repair. Warranty review may also require reasonable access to inspect the affected work.
Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact us promptly if you believe completed work is not performing as agreed; provide the service date and describe the issue.
We will review the applicable agreement and explain the next steps, without promising a particular outcome before assessing the facts.
Responsibility for Repair-Related Losses
To the extent permitted by law, Indiana Plumbing Pros’ responsibility for a claim connected to a specific service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, failures in unrelated systems, or damage caused by someone else, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent the law allows that limit. These terms do not limit responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be restricted.
We perform work subject to applicable requirements, including Indiana Plumbing Code, 675 IAC 16, and relevant licensing rules under IC 25-28.5. Permit requirements vary by municipality; in Indianapolis, plumbing permits are handled through the Department of Business and Neighborhood Services.
Code compliance and permit duties depend on the work and applicable rules. Rules for public water systems, including the EPA Lead and Copper Rule, do not make the company responsible for a water provider’s obligations. Nothing here changes a customer’s rights under applicable law.
Questions About These Service Terms
For questions about these terms or an appointment, contact Indiana Plumbing Pros at (877) 773-0781 or [email protected]. Written correspondence may be sent to Lakefront at Keystone, 9355 Delegates Row, Indianapolis, IN.
Please include your name, service address, appointment date, and a short description of your question so we can direct it appropriately. Do not send sensitive payment information by ordinary email.
We may revise these terms as our practices or applicable requirements change. The current version will be made available through the place where these terms are published.
For a scheduled service, changes generally apply prospectively; the terms provided when you approve work govern that work unless you agree to an update or law requires otherwise. We will communicate material changes through an appropriate notice, such as an updated posting or direct message where practical.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
